Cancellations and Returns

1. Order Cancellation: Cancellations are accepted only before the Products are shipped.

2. Returns: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receipt in accordance with Greek law (Law 2251/1994). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

3. Damaged Products: In the event of defective or damaged products, contact us within 5 days.
